COOKING METHOD
Beat the eggs and add a pinch of salt.
Add baking soda, pour buttermilk and give everything a mix.
Add in flour and mix well.
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
Chop green onion.
Mash the herring with fork.
Grease the pie pan with butter, pour in some of the dough, put the fish in and lay green onions on top.
Then pour in the rest of the dough and evenly spread across the surface of the pie.
Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 30–40 minutes.
