Crepes with Alaska pollock liver and oyster mushrooms

INGREDIENTS

• Crepes - 8pcs.

• Natural Alaska Pollock liver - 1 can.

• Eggs - 4 pcs.

• Oyster mushrooms - 250 g.

• Green onion - 1 bunch.

• Regular olive oil

• Freshly cracked black pepper

• Salt


Cooking method  

Hard-boil an egg. Cool it down, peel and give it a medium dice.

Finely chop oyster mushrooms and onion. 

Sautee in olive oil till mushrooms are cooked through. 

Season with freshly cracked black pepper and salt to taste. 

Spread Alaska Pollock liver on each crepe, put the mushroom filling and fold the crepe.
