Pacific Alaska pollock is the ecologically clean fish species of the cod family inhabiting cold sea. To produce the fillet, Alaska pollock harvested in the Sea of Okhotsk is used as well as raw Alaska pollock caught in the Primorye subzone. The fillet is easy to cook: it is free from bones or contains only a few of them.
